KAROLIN STEINBACH TO BE AT THE NUSSKNACKER HAUS SEPTEMBER 25

It is always such a pleasure
to welcome this charming and vivacious grand-daughter of the late
Christian Steinbach !! And she will be here Sunday, September 25 for
signing. We do not have the exact time as yet, but we will announce it
as soon as it is confirmed. You will want to order your nutcrackers
early so that you will be assured of having the exact one you want. Be
sure to check “Steinbach New for 2011” on the website, and also look
back at the July newsletter for specials. You will have to call the
store to order these specials 1-800-892-3989.
If you cannot come to the
signing, we will have your purchases signed for you and ship the
following week.
Since this is Autumn Leaf
festival weekend, you may want to come a day early and enjoy the Grand
Parade on Saturday that boasts of floats and marching bands from all
over the northwest. Both Saturday and Sunday will have continuous
entertainment in the gazebo with music and dance groups. |

ULBRICHT SIGNING EVENT BIRD ANNOUNCED |

Otto Ulbricht Woodpecker |
Each year Holzkunst
Christian Ulbricht produces a new bird for the Ulbricht US signing
tour. These are designed after a woodpecker that Otto Ulbricht,
father of Christian, made as a gift for his wife on Christian’s
birth in 1938. The tradition of a special nutcracker exclusive only
to retailers hosting a signing even began in 1997, with a woodpecker
and collectors have looked forward each year to add a new bird to
their collection.

2010 White Dove of Peace, and now in 2011, a Turkey.
It is wise to reserve
your signing bird early as this delightful turkey will be especially
popular. Many customers order these in numbers for members of their
families or business associates. They know the signing birds will
always make a popular gift.

We do not have
our signing date with Gunther as yet, but he is expected late in the season.
